A well known lawyer of the city, and a certain farmer who resides In the city of Gaffney, arranged with a certain county farmer some time ago to take some choice eggs which they had and raise chickens for them on shares. When the eggs in due course, were hatched, the lawyer and( his partner were so well pleased with the chickens that they prevailed upon the country farmer to surrender all of them, with the understanding that they would give him their value in eggs.
