' JP ** *r' ’ ' ^ - "V 8 THK T -’EDGER: GAFFNEY, S. C., SEPTEMBER 3, 1890. ’Twas a Locky Thing for Moses That Pharo’s daughter didn’t have a bath tub in the Palace, for if she had had such a con venience she might never have gone down to the river to bathe, and consequently Moses might have had to linger in the bull rushes and the Israelites might have still been in Egypt. ’Tis a Lucky Thing for You That we sell goods so cheap, else YOU might still be in the swamp of high prices, surrounded by the bull rushes of hard times, and you might not be able to get as good things to eat and wear as you now enjoy with our low price system to back you. You dan’t afford to go ragged and hungry when we will sell you goods rillCHIO I»RICKS: ! GENERAL CONGLOMERATION ! OF NEWS ITEMS OF LOCAL IN TEREST.
