Carrying Concealed Weapons. The Bill to prevent the carrying of Concealed weapons has passed the Leg islature. It provides that any person who shall carry any pistol, dirk, butcher or bowie knife, sword or spear cane, metal knuckles, razor> &c., shall be-guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction shall be fined net' less than $25 nor more than S100, and Imprisoned tor not less than thirty days. The young man all uneoneclous of the terrible fate awaiting him, went to his brother’s bide, who quickly drew a keen blade over Flenry Spearman’s throat, causing almost instant death. He then attacked and severely wound ed his wife, who had it not been for her superhuman rosistanpe {todHtie outcry which brought the servants in. would perhaps have shared the aama horrible fate. He thereupon attempt ed his own life, and now lies in a criti cal condition, Mrs. Spearman will re cover. Henry Spearman and the fratricide were half brothers, sons of i. 8. Spearman, deceased. Albert Spearman is a young man of talent, and was In charge of an excellent school at Dead Fall, where he was regarded as a good teacher and dis ciplinarian.
