Olar, June 30.—Saturday afternoon, June 30, Miss Eunice Morris became the bride of Mr. Laurie Hutto, at a lovely wedding ceremony at the home of the bride’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Morris. The Impressive ring ceremony was used. The Rev. S. W. Danner entered first and took his place behind the impro vised altar. The altar was formed by floor baskets of Queen Anne’s lace with a background of palms and ferns. Next to enter was the maid of honor, Mis s Nellie Ruth Morris, sis ter of the bride. The bride and bride groom entered together. The wedding music was rendered by Mrs. Vernon Creech. The “Bridal Chorus” from Lohengrin was used for the processional and Mendelssohn’s “Wedding March” for the recessional. “Hearts and Flowers” was played softly during the ceremony. Columbia, July 2.—Penitentiary au thorities said tonight that Harmon Moore, sentenced to ten years impris onment in connection with the slaying of Sheriff Sam Wil.is, at Greenville, was out on furlough. They said Mtiore had received a 15 to 30 days leave of absence from the governor, records of which were net available since the prison office wa s closer for the night. For the same reason they cou-'d not ascertain whether Douglas Williams, convicted of a bank robbery, at GreenyiLe, was out on leave as reported. Charles H.
