One is the immediate objective of substantial unemployment relief, and the other is, that this pro gram. if. carried out successfully, will bring, in a permanent sense, a greater measure of prosperity in this country than it has ever enjoyed. We have the utmost faith in President Roosevelt and the National Recovery Act and will co-operate with him and his agencies to the limit in seeing the program successfully carried through.
