Pursuant to a decretal order of the Court of 1 Common Plea^ for Bamberg County in the case of Bamberg De velopment Company, plaintiff, vs. F. Rizer, et al., defendants, I will sel at public auction to the highest bidder before the Court House door, at Barn well, S. C., cn Monday, December 7th 1931, between the legal hours of sale on said day, the following describee tracts of land, to-wit: “All that certain tract or parcel o p land, situate, lying and^being in the County of Barnwell, State of South Carolina, containing fifty (50) acres more o r less, known* a a Tract No. 8 and bounded as follows: On the North by lands of Mrs. Eunice S.
