The members of the Wednesday Af ternoon Bridge Club were entertained last week by Mrs. R. S. Dicks. After the usual number of rounds, it was found that Mrs. Sol Brown had won the high score prize, a set of score 1 pads and pencils, while the consola tion prize, a pair^of fancy Candles, was cut by Mrs. Charlie Brown, Sr. Ice cream and cake were served dur ing the afternoon. was awarded to Mrs. B. P. Davies, who was presented with a pot plant. The consolation, a hand-made hand kerchief, was cut by Mrs. R. S. Dicks. Mrs. Lehman wap presented with the guest prize, an attractive powder jar.
