His age was 80 years, 11 months and 15 days. He was a brave soldier of the Lord, a kind son, a devoted husband and father. lie leaves a wife and five children, besides father, mother, seven brothers and two sisters to mourn his departure. Truly a good man has gone to his reward. He is gone, his voice is stilled, a place is v'acaint in our homes and hearts that no human can fill. But we bow in submission to the Lord, knowing He knows best. Broad is the road that leads to death and Ihousands walk together there, but w isdoml shows a narrow path with h(re and there a traveler.
