NEW SUPERINTENDENT FOR
LIBERTY SCHOOLS.
L. N. Foy, for the past three year.

has resigned as superintendent there

Mr. Foy will succeed E. B. Hall
man, of Spartanburg, a very popu

Mr. Foy's Simpsonville friend;
while regretting to see him leave the
town, are congratulating him in vie
