NEW SUPERINTENDENT FOR LIBERTY SCHOOLS. L. N. Foy, for the past three year. with the Simpsonville public schools has resigned as superintendent there effective at the close of t.he presen session, (k) accept the position of su perintendent cif the schools of Lib erty. Mr. Foy will succeed E. B. Hall man, of Spartanburg, a very popu ar super itendent, who is retburnin to his home because of his father ill health. Mr. F'oy's successor i Simpsonville has not yet been name but probably will be elected within few days. Mr. Foy's Simpsonville friend; while regretting to see him leave the town, are congratulating him in vie of the fact that his new position is i the nature of a promotion.
