V. Appli ,CAnta must not be less than sixteen years of age. When Scholarships are vacant after July 6 they will be awarded to those making the highest average at this examination, provided they meet the conditions governing the award. Applicants for scholarships should write to President Johnson for scholarship ex amination-blanks.
