L. MATHENY, Clerk. Antioch School Opens The Antioch school opened Monday morning with Miss May Garrett in charge. Miss Mary Woodson taught the Antioch school lastsession and was re-elected, but on. account of her health she could not accept, and the trustees were fortunate in securing the services of Miss Garrett who is from Fountain Inn. A. T. Winchester tells us that the closing of Miss Woodson's school last session will long be remembered by the patrons of the school. The children all recited and Mr. Winchester's four teen year old daughter, Mallie, recited the same poem that he recited when -a boy in school. The prospects for a good ) school this year are bright and the i trons are urged to see that their chil 3 dren attend every day that itis possible.
