Whoever says Pickens is not a good town is a - sleep. Rev. W. M. Walker of Six Mile, was in the city Monday. Miss Viola Moore left last Monday for Atlanta to resume her studies. . If you don't believe Pickens is a good town just try it awhile and be convinced. Mr. A. D. Mann, a prominent citizen and business man of Six Mile was here Monday. Married on the 12th inst. Miss Minnie Duncan and Mr. Calvin A. Bagwell by Judge J. B. New bery. Mr. W. D. Sutherland of the Dacusville section was among the business visitors here Fri day. Mr. John A. Hughes who recently moved from Easley to Willianson was in the city last Friday. Mr. P. C. Robertson one of the most progressive farmers of Praters section was in the city Friday.
