And the sea son was ushered lu with a snow fall, which began early yesterday morn ing and continued for several hours. It was a queer day in a number of respects, queer, from the standpoint that the winter had been a mild one up until tho last day of the season, technically speaking, when a genuine streat of winter westher came.
