Details yet to be attended to will be looked after tomorrow fore noon, and when the corps arrives in , Anderson shortly after midday and proceed to their camp ground, on the j Ruperts property, on North Main street, everything will be found in readiness for them. M. -Cumuins, commandant, who waa in the city- yes terday looking after matters in con- ( ncction with thc encampment, stated the final decision as to whether thc cadets would encamp this week wauld be made Sunday, when he would be 1 able to tell with nu:re certainty what weather conditions are likely to be during the proposed stay of the cadets in Anderson. . , If it is fcund. necessary o call off the encampment on ac ->u..t of un favorable weather, the event will bc postponed not longer than a week, Col. Cummings stated. The commandant stated that it would not' be wise to hold the en campment during a season ol unfav orable weather, or, in other words, ( lt would be dangerous to bring the the cadets out of steam-heated bar racks and quarter them in tents in such weather as Anderson experienc ed yesterday. If it is decided today that the en campment will be held beginning to morrow, the cadet corps will leave Clemson College early Monday morn ing and march as far as Sandy Springs, where they will have dinner. At this station the cadets will entrain for Anderson. Special acrs will be at Sandy Springs to bring them to the city. Twelve companies of cadets will bc in camp here from Monday until Fri day afternoon. There are some 730 cadets on these dozen companies.
