C. McCants. superintendent of schools. This was a call meeting and was held for the purpose of considering plans for rebuilding the Glenn Street school, which -was destroyed by fire a few days ago. At this meeting lt was def initely determined that the building would be rebuilt, work to bc started at once. After considerable discussion on the question, considering the probable? cost and other matters relative to this school, thc board appointed a commit tee to have charge of rebuilding the Behool. This committee consists of J." A. Btock. J. M. Paget, J. P. Duck ett and <W. P. Wright. It was "decided that tho architect, J. J. Baldwin, he asked to submit plan? fer tho new building, together wtth an estimate of the cost, to the board at another special meeting which will be belo Friday.
