livery carriers from Anderson will
leave the city at 6:30 o'clock Instead
of at fl:30 aa has been the custom
during th* Winter months. This prac.

over their routs and return to the city
by 1 o'clock, making it easier on the
stock and upon the carriers during

knowledge of the Southern Public
Utilities Company, that the water
could be secured in two minutes from
the time that the alarm reaches them.
