The Anderson Daily Intelligencer will publish from time to time trie standing of the contestants. 3. Any Lady rhrraied or Single is eligible to enter this contest. 4. The right is retained to alter the rules as occasion may re quit or setile all questions that may ar^^^ . ' 5. No one who is in way connected with the. Anderson Daily Intelligencer can enter the contest. 6. AH territory within the corporate limits of Anderson will be known as District No. All ;territory outside the corporate limits of Anderson will be known as District No. 2. 7. On March 12th, the closing day of this contest a committee of .-three well known?business or professio*rt*\inen of the city not in terested in the* contest will be appointed to count the votes and award the prizes.. This assures every candidate that their interests .will be well iooked after by local men (the names of the men appointed wW appear in the Anderson Intelligencer before the close of the contest.) 8. In case of a tie vote at the end of the contest, the cash value of the prize will be equally divided. No two candidates will be per mitted to double up. If you drop out you lose all. Votes are .abso lutely not transferable. 9. Subscriptions may be taken td start any time. ' IO. You may take subscriptions from any place In the United ' States or Canada without increase of the regular subscription rates. Because you are a contestant, in District No. 1, or No. 2. you are by no means limited to that district as a field of endeavor. t t.
