The organi *sation was perfected, fohr neigh boring cornbing with the Picokens church. There are four or flye other churches in the county that have signified theih intention of joining the new association. The reason for the lormuation of tho flew association is mierely for the sa;ke of convenience and working otder, as the bounds of the former Asociation were too extensive- for the convenience of the membership oomposiug It.
