FARMERS UNITE IN PASTURING Near Cedar Grove, Containing About Five Hundred Acres of Grass Lands DO NOT DEPEND ON PASTURE GRASS They Will Look After the Stock and Feed Them aa Usual. H. L. B. Jordan, J. IT. Hendricks and several of their neighbors, whose names we did not learn, have gone in and made a pasture together such as will be the envy of other communities. They live near Cedar Grove, in a section where farming has been rapidly developing for many years past and where the in (lustrous well-to-do farmers with balances in the bank may be counted by the dozen or more. This community pasture contains about five hundred acres. These men own the lands, the acres of each one divided off from the rest by well defined lines. The pasture fence i uns up to the very farm yard bars of each owner with only one ex! ception. It just happened in this case, as it does in many others in this county, that wood lands are divided up and adjoining owners are able to get together in the modern community spirit and mutual help and co-operaItion, and thus they arrange for themI selves privileges that are extremely [valuable to them and the neighborj hood at large. I They have in this pasture all the cattle and hogs that they own. Mr. Jordan was in Conway last Friday i and had lots to say about this pasture, which has only recently been completed and has cost 'about one thousand dollars for the wire and labor, counting all.
