PRICES FOR TOBACCO.
The highest price received for leaf
t< bacco here last Tuesday was about
thirty-nine (39) cents, and from this
point the prices ranged downward at
all figures to as low as one cent per
pound.
Many farmers compared the low
jfrice of lugs with the high prices

that the grade of the "lugs" this year
is much lower than it was last year.
