M. Carrington, President of the Tobacco Association has written to a local man on every market :n S )uth Carolina, North Carolina at <1 Virginia a copy of these resolutions, together with a plan whereby all the tobacco growers can help in th movement. The idea is that the subject of the Red Cross wovk be brought to the attention of each farmer and he be asked to donate a small amount of tobacco out of li s crop to be put on the floor of the warehouse and sold as Red Cross Tobacco without charge by the warehouse and the proceeds sent to the Red Cro ss.
