breach of trust with fraudulent intent
The amount in this last mentioned
case is about $140.00. The other case
involves a much larger amount, and
all together the amount involved
would make about $500.00.
Mr. Morse was appointed to this
sub-agency by Mr. A. H. Hutt of
Schatte & Hutt of Charleston, acting
for the Cable Piano Co. A few weeks
agtyt Mr. Hutt was in this county check
ing up this matter with Mr. Morse.
The defendant is a married man and
his family live at Little River. He is
a son of the late Capt. N. B. Morse of
tthat place.
Last Friday morning after some
time, the defendant succeeded in making
bond for his appearance at the
next term of the court of General
Sessions. His bond was fixed by the
I magistrate at the sum of $300.00 in
each case.

Sabbath day. PROVIDED, the provisions
of this section shall not apply
to boarding houses, hotels or restaurants
entertaining the public as
guests.
Section II. It shall be unlawful for
