News reached here last week of the death of Mr. Adrian Moore of Southport, N. C. He was a brothern-law of Mrs. J. M. McKeithan and Mrs. B. T. Hyman. He had been ill 'or some time at an infirmary. Last year he spent some time in Conway n the hope that his health would be Denefitted by the change. CHILD DOING WELL, After Undergoing Operation for Ad noids at Florence Infirmary. Mr. J. W. Tailor returned last Sunday night from Florence, S. C., wher( he went to take his little daughter Edna, nine years of age, suffering from adnoids. She had been suffering for some time. The operatior was performed at Dr. McLeod's infirmary and was successful, and at last accounts the child was doing well and rcpidly recovering.
