A new registration shall be had for each regular election in the Town, which registration shall qualify electojs continuing to reside in 'town to vote at any special election during the two years next after registration. NOTICE OF ELECTIONS. 10. Notice of any election, regular or special held by the town, shall be given by the Town Council at least ten dajs before the day fixed for the election, which notice shall designate the purpose, the time and place, the Managers ot the election, except notice of an electlou to extend the limits of the Town shall be twenty (20) days before the dsy fixed for the election; notice of election to subscribe to a public library shall be two weekf berore such election; and notice of | any special election the time uf which shall be lixed by the Legist uure shall be that so fixed.
