Just ?s the town las improved during the lust ten year3, the farm era nil over the county haye been making just as rapid strides. Great signs of development are appurentin every section of Horry Couuty. ?O? The useful life is the most happy one. .This is just as true in this time when there is a mad rush on every hand, as it was in thedajs of old when men took things more calm ly and slowly. ?O? The investment of a few hundred dollars in a street sprinkler for the main streets of Conway would save more iu dollars and cents to the merchants of the town, than the same amount invested in any other way that we could mention. ?O? Every yaar there are many new cottages erected in Conway for leasing to tenants, and still there is not a vacant dwelling house for rent in the town today. Aud the demand for houses to rent cannot be supplied. -o? 'a he a utomobile has done its share tow ard making* the people wuke up to the fact that there is nothing better in the way of improvements to this country than the making V of good roads in every section. il l This country has at last reached e the time when it can be said that no p man can travel very far through the tl country in any direction and not J' come across some sections of very ^ good road. We can remember the p time when there was not a single M mile of really good road in this county V and none in the adjoining counties. ^ The campaign for good roads started some years ago as brought forth resal ti more than was then expected, and the half has not jet been told# ' , . * '-v'v BWr It I Malaria at 1 ' ^ TAKE IT IN TIME Just u Scores of Conway People Have.
