Eradication of the tick is based on
its life history. The tick mu3t get
on cattle, ongorge with blood and
drop to the ground to deposit eggs,
^hich requires 18 to 21 days therefore
by disinfecting cattle at regular
intervals of 14 days the tick is destroyed
and deprived of depositing
