After the speaking was over the rowd was invited to the strand to uke part in some interesting games gotten up by Mr Lee, viz: Sack ace, three leg race, four leg race, ne leg race, foot race, &e. A prize /as given to the successful ones in ach game. Capt. Coles makes a good run /hen ia the race for tobacco but /hen foot racing he is not in it. Master James Martin received the test prize given, it being a nice /atoii for the fastest runner iu the toy race. We had a very warm day, but all eemed to enjoy it Some time before the next 4th of uly, wo want, a large shelter with able and stand, so that we can have picnic and speaking in style. Myrtle Beach is a splendid Sum ler resort with good acconnnodaions, New Hotel with all the advauuges possible to make it pleasant )v the quests, and we hope to make t our headquarters for the 4th of uly in the future. Speech after speech from the right children and older ties, held the audience, as it were, pell-bound, for more than an hour nd a half. One striking feature of lie occasion was the exactness and tieerfulness with which the little nes came forward and delivered icir speeches.
