MeMahan has uirreed to give the colored teachers of I lor ry county a Summer School this year. The date has not yet been > definitely decided upon. Some may and some doubtless do consider this a waste of cash, but 1 \ cannot see why, for the teacher who gots one month's instruction under competent instructors ever\ r year are moro up-to date on tinnew metnods of teaching than one who does not.
