The action of the Executive Committee contemplates a course of lectures?one in each Congressional District?to be delivered at the same time and place as the meeting of County Lecturers, to orgnuize these County Ijecturcrs, and start them out 011 their work. During the summer it is proposed to havej another series of lectures coveriug the entire State.
