The mass meeting of farmers and all interested in the Cotton Association called for Monday was a large and enthusiastic one and the addresses were fall of interest as to plans for the next ear's work. The truth is now awning that the planters hold tho keys to the industrial pros perity of the south, and all that Is necessary is to organize and stand tirm. Just think* cotton is now worth $20 a bale more than it was a year ago. The work already done by the Asso ciation has won the admiration of the world, and this is glory worth preserving and stimulus to greater efforts to go forward in this grand work of benefiting all classes of our people.
