Poisoned is really the | | ?;ndition of the well so far as the effect on a person drinking water from it, is concerned, but the only effect the water would have, would lie to causo a case of typhoid fever. There is abso lutely no reason to believe that I any poison was put into the well, nor lias there been any doubt, in the minds of either of the phy sicians in attendance, that the trouble is typhoid fever.
