ORGANIZATION NEAR COMPLETION FOR BIG ; ' BAPTIST DRIVE Greenville, August 2S (Special)? "The entire state organization for the Baptist 75 Million Campaign is nearing completion and present indications as to the outcome cause me to hope that South Carolina will be the e+o+o in the Smith to ?to bounding over the top in this drive," said Rev. Thos. J. Watts. State Publicity Director for the Campaign, at headquarters here today. "The individual churches, the associations and the executive committee of the State Baptist Convention are cheerfully accepting their respective apportionments in the Campaign, which is to be held November 30 to December 7," Mr. Watts continued, "and I have no doubt but that the state will largely over-subscribe its quota of five and a half millions during the eight days of canvassing, v which have been termed "Victory Week" for the members of the denom. ination. The general attitude of the Baptists, as I have found it in traveling over the entire state in the interest of the Campaign, is most favorable, for they seem to unanimously evince a commendable desire to see the great enterprise succeed.
