But we have somehing more to say to you-: the American Red Cross fac . es an extraordinary emergency. The Red Cross war budget has increased since last March by literally hundreds of thousands of dollars. Red Cross needs $300,000,000 today instetad of the $100,000,000 plan ned for a month ago. Because before snow flies again America will have twice the number of men in the field that last winter's plans called for. If you figured your persorial share of the Red Cross budget at $50 a month ago, it is $100 now. Red Cross must have these funds, or that wouded boy in France will die.
