The prisoners’ quarters were in very good condition as to clean- ' liness when they were inspected. Recommendation*, to. Sheriff on Management. 1, As to “Prisoners' Quarters: Conditions”—Have the bed cover ing use*! by' the prisoners washed regularly once a month..' 2..
