Orancebanf Thursday when the people of that proereaslve county decided to balld'a packing house. It had been advertised that there weald be a meeting and that State Agent W. W. Long would be ther* to discuss* the matter of providing a packing bouse in th4 low country. To meet him were ft least 200 representative farmers and business men. and they had determi nation written on their faces. They intended to secure permission from Dr. Long to go ahead with their plans and to erect a packing house ter care for the surplus livestock in the low country, especially in Orangebure and adloining counties.
