The mule "was drawing a one-horse wagon and becoming . frightened ran. Mr. Linder was able to pull he mule into the embankmqpt and stop it, but just as he did the end board of the wagon gave wa-* and this threw Mr. Linder over <<n the mule, and he fell down beside the wagon. The wagon then passed over Mr. Linder and the mule con tinued tp run till it reached >Valter- boj* where it was stopped by strik ing a telephone pole. With Mr. Lin der in the wagon were L. C. Linder and B. W. Prine. Mr. Linder was thrown out of the wagon and suffer ed a painful bruise on the cheek. The others were also bruised and shaken up. but were thankful it was no worse. The wagon escaped with little injury.
