Coxart Rinas has been elected super intendent of the *at«r, sewerage and lights with James Qhndridge as S»- sistant superintendent and engineer. Mr. Binns will hbvo control of mat ters pertaining to the water, sewer will have charge of operating the machinery at the power house, as sisting Mr. Binns in the performance of his duties. This system is orartirally com pleted, with the exception of the sup ply of water.
