The Verdict of the committee on trial was promptly and unanimously reversed and Mr. Nettles was exonerated. The following is. an exact copy of the rendering of the commift'ee on appeals in the case: t The trial committee having ac quitted the appellant in all the charges and specificaions, except the two following, the comtuitee on ap peals decided these two points as follows: " As to. charge one. specification one,, the committee on trial found the an- nellant was'not guilty of immorali ty and this finding is affirmed by the c-ommltfbe.of appeals.
