Dr. Mitchell of Corantbia made a fine address Sat urday' morning at 11 o’clock in the school house. There were about five hundred--people there. Forty-nine dollars were made by the sale of ar ticles and all seemed to enjoy thl day very much. We are sorry that the school had to close, as we hate tc see our teachprs going away, for we know we will miss them. We hope to see them in September, if not before.
