The question was raised by C. J. Clone of Lodge, the ques tion having been raised before the first primary. The committee de^ elded uraqlmoasly, rfter hearing discussion, that the executive com mitteeman was responsible, and It was therefore hls duty to provide ?• place, and he has the sole au thority to decide where the election shall be held.
