Shortly after 12:00 o’clock today Judge DeVore d.lrected that Chest nut be brought into the court room to receive his sentence. Upon his arrival Judge DeVore asked if he had any thing to say. Adam H, Moss was the first of the defendant’s attorneys to speak for him.
