Each contestant is entitles to one nomination ballot, good for 1,000 votes. Contestants can nominate themselves. They do not have to be subscribers of The Press and Standard. No votes will be issued unless accompanied by the full subscription price. In case of a tie, ten days extra will be allowed for the tying parties to work it off.
