Who Is Eligible. o Any white mar or woman, boy or girl, of good repute, in the State of South Carolina is eligible to enter this Great Popularity Voting Contest. It costs you nothing to vote—it costs your friends nothing extra to vote for you. No votes issued for payments other than those scheduled. 3 No employe of The Press and Standard, or member of his or her family, will be permitted to participate in this contest as a candidate. — In case of a tie, the value of the prizes will be equally divided.
