We told them sometime ago that we were going to send you a paper containing their letters, and we believed that you would give them what they asked for in their letters, at least nearly all they asked for in their letters. Now dear Santa Claus, you will be able to do this with out depriving any other little children of Christmas gifts, and we especially want you to make an effort to carry something to everyone of these little boys and girls. There is one little boy, Santa Claus, who said that vou did not go to see him last year at all. \Ve connot understand this, and we want you to make it a special point to give this little boy a double share this Christmas. We are surprised at you. There is no boy or girl in the county who should not receive a gilt from you at Christmas time. We will print some more letters next week perhaps, so be on the lookout for our next paper, which we will also send you. In conclusion, now, dear Santa Claus, we confidently expect that you are going to grant our request. We wish for you a most enjoyable Christmas season and the fleetest of reindeer, unless you have become so modern that you will use an air ship, and in that case, we trust that you will have no breakdown.
