At the Friday afternoon session we had the pleasure of listening to a very admirable address by Mr. I>. B. 1’eunfoy. Saturday evening we were glad to have w ith us our presiding elder. Kev. W. 1. Herbert, who is always w elcome in our midst. We regret that it was impossible for him <o remain longer than the one session. The singing throughout the meet ing was unusually good and much enjoyed by all. Miss Kdna McTeer) who is visiting in Hendersonville, her old home, very kindly agreed to assist the choir and thereby added much to the singing. The continued re-! election of our president evidences appreciation of his faithful and effi-: cient service.
