The same number of votes will be given old or new sub- scribera. ^ This contest will begin Thuteday, December 24, 1908, and closes Tuesday, April 6, 1909, at 2 o'clock p. m. A committee of disinterested public men will be chosen to judge this contest and will assemble for that purpose imme diately after its close. * No votes will be issued except in exchange for Subscriptions.
