Columbia, S C, Oct b—Attorney John R Bellinger, of Bamberg, has written Governor Heyward protesting against the sheriffs request lor a re ward oiler for the capture of the three Kinsey boys being granted. Mr Bellinger says he, with other at torneys, represent the Kinseys and are arranging for them to give bond to-morrow. The Kinseys are wanted for the murder of Otis Davis.
