Motor Traffic in Sweden Stockholm, May 10.?Motor traffi in Sweden has now become so geners and the consequent deterioration o highways so great that the Ministe of Finance has submitted a bill t the Riksdag proposing a tax on a motor driven vehicles. The bil proposes that a tax of 1 kroner (equivalent to about $2.10) b - levied on a niotoreycle without sid d car; 20 kroner on motorcycle wit e side car; eight kroner for every 10 y kilos (2.20 pounds each) f weigh >- of ordinary motor cars with rubbc e tires; 50 kroner per 100 kilos fc cars and trucks with non-rubber tire! ; The proposed tax on automobile ' will net the state about 5,000,00 kroner (about $1,000,000) annually all of which will be devoted to roa maintenance.
