While the service is not now as efficient , a * our pre-war service, a very large per cent, of nR caiK brth exchange and toll, is ef iclently handled. It is the small percentage of calls which go amiss that occasion criticism In the minds of the Individual subscribers, who ac- cept the larger percentage of calls satisfac torily handled, as a rmrtter of course.
